A limited number of foreign participants will be provided with local hospitality (i.e.accommodation and food) and or travel grant depending on the availability of funds.
Partnership Opportunities
The scope of the partnership is included financial support or sponsor of a specific session. The cost for each session will be 3.50 lacs BDT (5000 US$). It is also expected that the partners will ensure the speakers from national and international experts in relevant themes and sessions. Partners will get one venue in the marketplace free of cost for showcasing their activities, products, and promotional materials.
Sponsorship Opportunities
The conference is offering a scope of sponsorship as platinum, gold, and silver with the rate of 35 lacs (50,000 US$), 21 lacs (30,000 US$), and 8 lacs (10,000 US$) respectively. The sponsor’s logo will be published in all promotional, resource materials, and sessions backdrop.
Media Partnership Opportunities
The Bangladesh Summit on Sustainable Development 2014 offers an ideal opportunity for a media partnership. Through building collaboration, the prospective national and international print and electronic media will be able to access the conference delegates through a wide range of pre-event and on-site branding opportunities. The media partners will have the privilege to put their logos in the conference materials, web banners, backdrops, and other communication materials and will be awarded a ‘collaboration certificate’. Additionally, the media partner will avail the advantage of designing tailor-made media partnership packages. Trade and Exhibition Opportunities
For the service providers, NGOs, and private sector a “Trade and exhibition” will be set up through which, the exhibitors would be able to display their services, activities, publications, materials, and products. The organizers would provide a room (10’x15’) for approximately 50 exhibitors. The exhibitors would need to pay for the stall decoration and space rent as 40,000 BDT (500 USD) to the conference organizers. The conference team will assign stall locations with priority given to early registrants and sponsors. During the registration, process the issue of advocating for any services, activities, publications, materials, and products conflicting with the conference objective will be scrutinized.
Advertisement Opportunities
The conference secretariat offers premier advertising opportunities to organizations interested in getting in front of the conference participants. The advertisement will be published in the conference abstract and program book and is expected to reach around 1000 development professionals. Please contact the conference secretariat with high-resolution PDFs or JPEGs of advertisements by 1 August 2014. The cost of advertisement is Full Page: 100,000 BDT (1250 USD) and Half Page: 50, 000 BDT (600 USD).
